Information collected

When you submit an inquiry, TriStarsMedia may collect your name, email address, phone number, event details, organization, preferred date, and message. Standard website hosting logs may also include technical information such as browser type, device type, referring page, and approximate location.

How information is used

Inquiry information is used to respond, prepare proposals, provide photography services, maintain business records, prevent spam, and improve the website. It is not sold.

Service providers

This website may use Netlify for hosting and form processing. If Telegram notifications are enabled, inquiry details may be sent privately to Ruslan through a configured Telegram bot. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms.

Retention and choices

Business communications may be retained as reasonably necessary for client service, legal obligations, and recordkeeping. To request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information, email ruslanart@hotmail.com.

Photography and minors

Photography usage, permissions, and model releases are handled in the applicable client agreement. Churches and organizations are responsible for communicating their own photography policies and obtaining permissions required for participants and minors.
